Braised Bok Choy

Ingredients

1+ lb bok choy, pak choi or nappa cabbage

1 tsp soy sauce

2 cups coarsely chopped shiitake mushrooms

2 large cloves garlic – chopped

2 heaping Tb garlic – minced

1 Tb sesame seeds

 Instructions:

Combine bok choy and soy sauce in a skillet with a little bit of water.  Cover and cook on high until bok choy is tender – about 5 minutes.  Remove bok choy from water and set aside.  Add mushrooms, garlic and ginger to the liquid in the pan.  Simmer liquid until reduced to a glaze. Pour over bok choy. Top with toasted sesame seeds.
